How My BMX Days Caused Me To Be a Chiropractor

One of the things that I came to a realization with my own health and wellbeing with my aging process, when I was young and I was a child, I was quite the daredevil.

I was a BMX biker, anything that would give me an adrenaline rush, I loved. And really a lot of stunts I used to pull when I was a kid involved in a lot of falling and crashing into things. And my mindset at the time was, hey, I’m okay. I’m all right. You don’t really think about the consequences of some of these things. And as I started aging and getting older and doing more and more daredevil stuff, it really wasn’t until my twenties, that some of the impacts of me doing these daredevil things started kind of paying a price in my body with that.

It’s actually how I found chiropractic and how I ended up being where I am today, with my passion for my health and wellbeing. It was interesting when I got to my twenties, I see this happen with a lot of people where a lot of things that I used to do when I was younger, I kind of thought, I’m a little bit too old for that. And I shouldn’t be doing those things anymore. Here’s what I’ve learned now in my journey of health and wellness and working with thousands of clients like you guys out there, which is that’s really a lie that I told to myself.

There was actually really no reason in the world that somebody in their twenties, thirties, forties, fifties, can’t be doing all the things that they were doing when they were younger in their teens, maybe even their preteens, if they want to be. You can go onto YouTube and look up videos of a person after person in their fifties and their sixties doing things that I was even dreaming of doing what I was in my teens and this daredevil person.

Are those the things that you want to be doing? Maybe yes, maybe no, but what I will tell you for certain is that you can be doing all those things.

And one of my goals and realizations and my own process of becoming superhuman is knowing that not only am I able to do more now as a 50 year old than I’ve ever been able to do, but I know in my sixties and my seventies, I’m still going to be going strong. I’m not looking to be 100 and be decrepit. And I don’t think you’re looking to be 100 and be decrepit either. But what we now know with science and biology is these processes that we associate with aging are actually processes that we can reverse. They are biological problems and the way you want to reverse these is through smart lifestyle choices, but also through body hacking and biohacking.

This course is going to be teaching you how to body hack and bio-hack and how it’s going to help you become more and more superhuman, and literally if you want to be growing younger all the time. Looking forward to sharing that information with you. Part of it is that you’ve been told some lies, and maybe you’re just telling your lies to yourself that, hey, when you get to a certain age, it means you have to limit yourself in certain ways.

And if you’re empowered and you’re superhuman, you can overcome all those beliefs and you can be more of a person than you probably ever dreamed you could be.
